details all the craft we have for sale - our help and advice is FREE.
- View the vessels that are of interest to you - you are welcome to view all makes and models that we
currently have on our sales pontoon.
- Ask us for an individual Specification sheet on the boats which interest you - or print them of this site.
- Discuss any queries you may have regarding Insurance, Mooring and Licensing costs. Naturally, these
depend on the type of boat that you are interested in.
- Confirm your Offer to us - all vessels are open to an offer, we can advise you on this.
- Once the price is agreed a 10% Deposit is payable and a Contract is then drawn between yourself and
the vendor. This contract details the conditions of the purchase which are generally:-
a) Demonstration
b) Survey and/or Engine Report
c) Acceptance of Finance (if applicable)
All Deposits paid to a reputable Broker are held in a Client Call account; a segregated account which is
separate to the trading account of the Broker. This Deposit is returned if any of the above conditions are
not to the purchaser's satisfaction.
- We then arrange the Demonstration with you. Once completed you instruct a Surveyor (a list is available
on our Resources Page.) The Surveyor's report will be sent to
you within 7 days. Once received, we will help and advise you on any points raised.
- Once you are happy to proceed, we will arrange all the necessary paperwork which includes a Bill of Sale,
transferring Title from the Vendor to yourself - also advice on River Licences, Moorings, Insurance and Transportation,
if required.
- Once completed (this process generally takes from 7 to 28 days), we will then hand the boat over to you
explaining the basic functions of the boat and arrange tuition is required.
